Straight forward install on 2007 F150. Based on reviews of less expensive versions, I went with the MotorCraft part for a few more dollars. The hardest part is that is was cold out when I did the replacement, so the wires in the way were stiff and difficult to move, other wise this is a No Brainer DIY job. Tools needed were a 8mm socket and ratchet. I also found it easier to unbolt the old part then remove the wire connector as it was easier to release the connector once the part was loose from the blower housing. I went from only having my two high speeds on my HVAC blower to having all speeds again.
