We play canasta with my mom, so have to hold a lot of cards. these were a god send for her arthritic hands. Did not tip over as I expected they would. Nice quality, well worth the price.
The box came some what warped. It does not close tightly. The brass plate was already off of it when it came. The company sent me an email shortly after it arrived and ask how I like it. Well I liked it but it did have some issues. I told them I didn't have time to send it back because I was leaving on vacation the next day and needed it, so it would have to do as is. I glued the top back on, my husband got out the sander and tried to fix the warp as best as he could...... The best part is the company ShalinCraft, sent me an email, they refunded my money and told me to keep the box. Very nice to deal with.... Don't be afraid to buy one, they might not all be like this one.... The wood is very rich looking.

Arrived warped. Did not close fully, and top decoration was popped out, and the dried glue was visible beneath it, of which there was none on the back of the metal. Crack on bottom, as well.
