warning ! taking too much of this product will make you break out into a rash. It looks like a sun burn, and peels your skin away like a sun burn, but it's a itchy rash. I was taking 3 a day thinking that I could lose weight faster. BIG mistake. take only 2 a day. 1 in the morning, and 1 at night.
