It was really hard to put together by yourself. I had to drill larger holes because the manufacture holes were too small or not completely circular. You definitely need a handheld drill to get the screws in because the Allen wrench did nothing. I WISH SOMEONE HAD TOLD ME ABOUT THE SMELL!!!! People tell me that is smells like campfire or something chemical. Lastly, the wheels in the back are wider than the cart which makes you think you can clear an obstacle but then your clunky back wheel hits it. I'd recommend finding a cart that has 360 degree wheels on the front and the back because these back wheels are one directional only.
Assembly was easy, and navigation is easier with the 4 rotating wheels. That being said, our mail room clerk does occasionally complain about it when under heavy loads in tighter hallways, as the cart will want to rotate all 4 wheels & go sideways rather than turning.

I decided to go ahead and spend the money to buy this cart. Well worth it! It’s stable, heavy duty, and a great size. It has to roll over plushy carpet and does so easily. To maximize space I pushed it up against some racks I had. I noted they looked the same. Sure enough, the storage racks I bought some years ago at Home Depot are made by the same company. They are also quality and heavy duty! Will not hesitate to buy this brand in the future.
Received the product yesterday. The setup was easy. However, one of the handle bars threading was cut off so I am not able to install one of the handle bars. I got it from Amazon warehouse. Amazon should have specified that one of the handle bars is unusable due to the threading was cut off (maybe by previous purchaser ) and defective. Now my cart has only 1 handle bar.

This looks like just what I needed. I am unable to assemble it, however, because the holes in the metal legs were not sufficiently drilled out. I have tried -- unsuccessfully -- for over two hours to get the first four screws in without stripping the screws. I called their help line on Friday, November 16 and was told they'd get back to me by Monday, November 19 at the latest. The customer service rep I spoke with said that their Quality Department had heard similar comments on some of their other products and said they'd resolve it. However, I have now heard nothing. It is November 29, 10 days after promised latest response. I have left a voicemail for the same contact again today at their help line (800-664-0042). Will revise if I'm able to get it assembled. Otherwise will have to return it. Update: They finally called me and said that it was "supposed" to be hard to get the 16 self-tapping screws into the metal legs...and to just try harder. I got a screwdriver with a much better grip and used the self-tapping screws to manually drill the 16 holes in the metal legs using the self-tapping screws and a LOT of effort...the palms of my hands are both sore a couple days later from how hard I had to press on the screwdriver. (If I had a metal drill, this would have been easier. But I don't.) I still feel these holes should have been adequately pre-drilled. I stripped a couple screws in the process. It took over three hours all told to do this step...just getting the holes big enough to accommodate the screws. I feel this step should not have been required. I then removed the 16 screws and assembled the cart per the instructions which took an additional 45 minutes. Even now, only 2 of the 16 screws is in flush. I'll have to go buy some sort of additional tool to finish. I can't get enough torque on the screws -- now that it is assembled -- to get them in all the way.

The only thing I would correct on this cart is to make the wheels turn 360 degrees with ease. The cart is stiff when you try to turn it around corners. The size and shape are perfect.
Same product as on Staples and this one is far less expensive. Nice sturdy cart.
