It was a quick and easy setup and I was printing labels fast and efficient at a fraction of the cost! They looked a heck of a lot more professional too , since they are printed right on a regular sticky label. No more taping prices of paper to my packages. The printer is small and compact and perfect for my needs. It supports many shapes of labels too I am so impressed ! Printing quality is crystal clear! I can use roles or stacked labels as their is a size adjuster on the inside. It’s just very versatile and making my shipping job so much easier!

Love this label printer!!! I do a lot of shipping for work, and having label printer is so much easier and nicer than printing and taping labels which save me a lots of time. It’s very easy to set up just following the instructions and choose the right size of print preferences. It wasted few label for testing, but just at the first time and you can keep the setting for all the time that you use the label printer. It just perfect thing that I got for my small business!!

Super fast but the quality of the print isn't the greatest. Not to mention the labels that come with it keep getting stuck. I even tried printing with better quality labels and it was still blurry. I will be returning.
Used it for work printing maybe 3 labels per week. Worked well, no issues (last used yesterday) but today it says the printer is offline and won't print anything. Didn't do anything different then I normally do. I have no idea how to fix it (is it the driver?). No access to tech support. I have a Rollo at home and it works PERFECTLY and the one time I had issues, I reached out to support, they walked me through it and back to perfection. The Rollo I have had for years and use it a LOT more then this one and I have no issues with it.

Can't get it to open and work

 For over four years, I've owned and utilized another labelprinter. Since it quit operating, I was printing on paper then cutting the ups or usps priority labels followed by using packaging tape. I opted to get this one, and I am really pleased with it. I don't use it frequently enough to justify purchasing labels in quantity. Single rolls of fresh labels from my former supplier were always a nuisance to order because the firm paid nearly as much to send a roll of labels as it did to sell the labels. I eventually got the bright idea to look on Amazon (where I already purchase pretty much everything else), and sure enough, buying them there was a better deal. This little device is amazing!! The first step is to download the software and create an account to make labels. Before I could even open my gift she had already downloaded the windows software for designing labels in advanced. We started with making traditional text only labels and were make two labels from one since we only had the starter roll. Started shipping home made products sold on ebay and got tired of having to print on paper then cut to tape to shipping box. This saves a lot of time and is very quick to print 4x6 labels. When printing make sure your dimensions are set in the printer device properties. If printing labels off ebay or esty, make sure you've set the dimension of the label to 4x6 and not the default sideways on an 8 x 11 paper. I've been using my printer for a couple of days with no issues. I've printed shipping labels as well as my storage containers and placing in those unused 4x3 inch vac card sleeves.
