This is a beautiful little box. The only part I didn't like was that both connections are magnetic (I though only one side was a magnet, with a swivel holding the lid to the box on the other side). This isn't a big deal if you are just using it to keep your rongs on a flat surface, but our best man had to be very careful while it was in his pocket to make sure the lid didn't come off. Other than it is perfect! I especially love the saying. My husband and I were dating for ten years before we got married, so having something that nodded to the length of our relationship was really sweet

Arrived in perfect condition in a nice box. It's the right size and I love the details (etching and magnetic closure). It's exactly what I pictured!
So you buy something like this to make the moment unique, more special and to get the box with a damaged faceplate where the options are to return for a full refund or get a replacement that will not make to you in time for the proposal.. considering the price I would expect better handling.. The product itself is nice and would meet the expectation but the flow of handling a situation like this a bit disappointing to say the least.
