Sales, a key metric of costs and profits for any business, is the most intuitive and accessible data. With established social media platforms and advertising channels providing detailed insight in regards to website traffic, understanding consumer sentiment--i.e., volume--is one of the more challenging areas to analyze. Given this information, my advice would be to continue to focus on providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. Encouraging satisfied customers to leave reviews can also help to build a positive reputation and attract new customers. Additionally, it may be helpful to consider expanding the product line or offering complementary products to further meet the needs of customers in this category.

Target your customers through customer profile

By leveraging Amazon review analysis and other data sources, sellers can gain insights into their customers preferences and behaviors, which can be used to craft targeted solutions and develop a successful product profile. Ship products your customers love through sentiment analysis

This is how my product came wrapped in plastic. Lactic acid all over the place, both bottles weren't screwed shut and seem tampered with. I want a refund without having to send this mess back in! Huge disappointment.

Good value compared to other beauty routine products.
Great product for night usage. I’ve used product before it was great. Unfortunately, one the bottles the product had leaked out.
I am loving lactic acid for keeping my pores clear. I used up a sample of Sunday Riley good genes and was looking for a less expensive alternative. Jackpot! My pores are looking smaller and clearer, and clogged ones express easier. You don’t need much so a little bottle will go a long way.

It was recommended by a beauty expert. I just turned 66 and decided I did not want to age gracefully. What that really means is that you are accepting to be old and ugly, Out of all the lactic acids out there, this one is the best. Backed up by research… it will erase fine lines and dead skin cells. It renews your skin.
