Very cheap glass. Worked for one use, next time it had cold water ran through it for another use, the female joint cracked off down to where the water part began. Just keeping it real this glass is cheap and not meant for intense temperatures whether hot or cold.
Arrived very well packaged & intact. Functioned well & as expected. The wide inner cavity makes cleaning quick & easy. I'd say well worth the price. I will keep this brand+supplier in mind in the future.

Seems to have tntc grains of clear and light brown sand coating most of the water jacket interior. They don’t dissolve in soap/water, acetone, alcohol, acid or base. They also don’t move and are visibly raised above the glass surface (seems to be adhered/partially melted into the glass). Possibly a used/returned item masquerading as new? Maybe there was a dust storm in the glass studio? Not sure. It’s probably still fine to use but I don’t plan to.
Nice, solid construction with heavy walls where possible. Hose barbs are smooth and well-fitting and ground joint fits seamlessly. I took one star off because the vent at the top was a bit rough on the edge and has no barb (I use the vent for vacuum cycling to thoroughly remove all remainder solvent).
