It is hard to find a nut milk without all of the additives. There’s only walnuts in this milk and it tastes amazing. So glad I found this brand
I purchased Elmhurst curious about just having 2 ingredients: nuts and filtered water. I've tried the almond and walnut varieties and they taste really good. In addition I just love that I'm not drinking guar gum or thickeners with my milk.

My son has a nut allergy so we went through oral immunotherapy. As he moved up in doses we finally were able to move to this as a liquid form. My son almost died from a tree nut the size of a tic tac in Africa. Now after two years of therapy he can eat 5 full size walnuts and 5 full size cashews. We drink the equivalent in ml’s with this product. The flavor and consistency is awesome

Walnut milk tastes bad, and the milk carton shows no signs of damage or loose top openings. My hypothesis suggests Elmhurst contaminated and/or tampered with the product, possibly through the processing and distribution of Elmhurst manufacturer.
This is one of the best nut milk producers out there in terms of the quality of product and company philosophy. I think they are a bit pricey but I'm sure prices will improve as they scale up. For now, the product is worth the premium as there aren't great alternatives (other producers use additives, emulsifiers, etc.). If you're looking for the highest quality and most straightforward product in this category, get it, you won't be disappointed.
For daily use in coffee, I now prefer the 2 ingredient walnut milk over any dairy, soy, or almond milk. It's also great with cereal or smoothies. It is darker in color; you really don't need much in your coffee so don't keep adding it until your coffee turns light. Sometimes it separates a bit, so your coffee may not look like it normally does, but the texture & flavor is fine. For some reason Amazon usually only carries the 5 Ingredient (Sweetened) variety, so lately I have had to go direct to Elmhurst for the 2 Ingredient Unsweetened.

I bought two cases of walnut milk. The boxes were labeled as walnut milk. But inside both were cashew milk. I can't contact them through Amazon & now trying to contact them directly.
