Nonstick made a good angelfood cake
I bought because it said Nordic ware but this has to be something made in China with no quality control. It is so badly made that the outside is stained after baking in it twice, and the inside peels off with the cake meaning I had to throw it away or eat the "nonstick" lining. This has to be a huge culprit in BPA contamination. If you actually bake get something 2nd hand for the same price or less that has been proven to bake and clean wo being a public health crisis.

The cake stuck & left a chemical taste on the outside of the cake.
The most difficult part of making Angel Food Cake is cleaning the pan afterward. This pan completely solves that problem. Cleaning the pan takes just a minute. The lack of feet doesn't bother me as my old aluminum pan didn't have those either - I've always cooled the cake by perching the pan on a Coke bottle (the old 32 ounce glass bottles work best, so I keep one handy for this purpose). The design of this new pan is nearly identical to that of my prior pan but the new pan is significantly heavier (about 17 ounces versus only 8 ounces for the aluminum pan). I figured that might result in some necessary change of baking time but I didn't notice any difference and the cake was done in the usual time. Great and inexpensive upgrade.

I used it one time and did not like it. The cake stuck to this pan.
This cake pan is great, the only complaint I have is that it is too big, and I couldn't find a smaller version of the same product. I live alone, so when I bake using it, I have a lot of leftovers. Also, since the diameter is bigger, I need an even bigger plate to take the cake off.
