I have suffered reflux/GERD for quite a while now and chomped on Tums like they were candy. Eventually, Tums no longer worked and so I wanted to try something else OTC. The Prilosec, for me at least, worked in less than 24 hours. I have had zero, to extremely mild symptoms over the last 6 weeks. I am so much more comfortable. Additionally, I missed a tablet this past Sunday and by 1:00pm, I felt it. That is why this time I ordered the 42 count pack. Amazon prices are great on these and as a Prime Member I get Free Two-Day shipping, so it was hard to beat. A great product - Prilosec works. UPDATE - I was unaware you are only supposed to take these in 14-day cycles once for 14 days every 4 months. Just in case you miss it like I did.
The minis just don't work as well for me. The regular capsules work great!

Per my Doctor I take Prilosec and do not suffer the symptoms from heart burn or acid reflux. I've tried other products but none work as well as Prilosec.
