I have a serious hereditary neuromuscular disorder and have to take a lot of meds, both prescriptions and OTC items, and for the OTC I mostly use generics (like diphenhydramine, naproxen, ibuprofen). But I’ve tried generic aspirin and they just don’t compare to Bayer. Especially the dosage; this is a 500mg pill while many other aspirin products are much lower and often intended for the cardiac benefits of aspirin. Also, Bayer Back and Body contains caffeine which helps. Be aware of that; you might not want to take the B and B before bedtime. For that reason I also keep Bayer Extra Strength without the caffeine if I need it at bedtime. For as much NSAIDs as I have to take, I need to watch stomach issues, and the Bayer coating is superior to any other aspirin I’ve tried. Definitely worth buying Bayer aspirin over any other brand.

Got it as a tylenol free alternative to excedrin for tension/arthritis caused migraines I get. I'm also sensitive to caffeine and this has half the amount that excedrin contains which is good (one pill of this bayer has as much caffeine as a 12 ounce can of coke). This aspirin/caffeine combo seems to work well for aborting migraines if taken at the first sign of it starting (haven't tried it on full-blown migraines yet since I have been catching them early).
