LAST STRAW STOP BOX UP and SEND BACK Now the nightmare begins: because you set up account can not just unsubscribe: the three say "log into account" - they have not stopped " you must complete set up.... on and on To completely uninstall, yes you guessed it, one must REBUILT THE COMPUTER (level of permission given to write trial and lite) First) Buy a china "2 tube pre-amp" ( on amazon) Second) there is professional software (from the greatest product ATEM Black Magic Extreme my real time video(on amazon buy the "mini" size) in post production there is DaVinci the audio is Fairlight There you have video and professional audio both real time and in post production as motion or just audio Amazon has Mini Pro and 2 tube amp, one log in and professional software (note no XLR - its digital)
Installing the plug-ins was weird since I have never done that before. But after a little youtube and trial and error, I figured it out. Works great on my Macbook Pro w/Logic Pro X. Everything sounds is really clean with a relatively low noise floor.

Sound quality is pretty much on par with Arturia MiniFuse. I like my Audient iD4 MkII much more. Also, compared to iD4 this interface sounds like it adds more bass and sounds a bit like the sound is boxed in instead of being open/airy--hence this could render the sound from bass-rich mics like SM7B and King Bee II a bit too heavy/dark. No Input/DAW mixer and loopback ability... 🙄 The On/Off switch is sensible and nice, all interfaces should have one. Now, all these audio interfaces around this price point could be replaced/complemented with a ZOOM F3 field recorder/audio interface which has a really good mic preamp and amazingly low self noise, as well as great portability. After I got my F3 i hardly use my all other interfaces.
Have yet to contact tech support, but haven't the need. Easy setup, headphones are immaculate and seem close to noise cancelling. Product offers and installations are long as you would expect, but worth it for complete sound design.
