I am insulin resistant and have PCOS. I tried this to hopefully help me with my facial hair and fatigue. It didn't get rid of my facial hair, but the hair did become less coarse. I had an overall baseline energy increase, which was great! However, I decided to stop for the following reasons: cramps and heavier bleeding during ovulation, and it consistently made my cycle a whole week shorter, and it was heavier. I also had restless legs at night. Here's what I was already doing for my PCOS: low glycemic diet (which fixed my inflammation and cycle regularity), and metformin. My doc upped my metformin dose and that also lessened my fatigue, so I saw no reason to keep taking this since it's messing with my cycle. I have never bled through my underwear during ovulation, but this did it. Before I took metformin, I used to take regular inositol, which didn't mess with my cycle like this. Might be a good alternative if this is also making it wonky for you or you can't take metformin.
I started getting night sweats and it messed my cycle up. My temperatures weren’t perfect before but they’re all out of wack now during luteal phase. Also my lymph nodes are swollen and it’s given me shortness of breath. I’ve been suspecting the pills for like a week or two now and I’m 100% certain now. Worst of all, they’re non refundable. It’s like the third time I’ve fallen for this kind of thing just assuming a product is refundable when it isn’t. I hate how these have made me feel and not being able to return them. Overall, feeling very sad.

Warning there is no return policy!!!! In case you were a first time customer and not sure if you will like this there is no return policy so you will be stuck with the product even if it makes you sick. Took this before bed woke up in the middle of the night covered in sweat. This has never happened to me. The next morning I felt hormonal and had a head aches for a few hours .

I am NOT attempting to have any more children, BUT part of my issues with PCOS was an irregular, near constant period. So far so good I was late for my period by 16 days I took a pregnancy test it was negative my period is always random because of my (PCOS) I started taking the pills on August 3rd and my period started August 11 idk if it was the pills but I believe it was I’ll update if I become pregnant
