2X review. I compared 4 supports to find the best fit for me and this is it. All supports tested all have inner armpit chafing/rubbing; during movement it's unavoidable. Pro's: Size chart is correct. I'm a 50 waist 5'9 270 Lb and it fits very well. Selbite = most support, stiff waist band helps with slippage, puts curve in spine, and pulls shoulders back. Models Failed : TK ProCare = Size chart is wrong, it fits 2-3 sizes too small, Kleuet = Waistband is Not sized per chart, it's one size too small, and has a horrible waistband flap integration. DIANMEI = It does not have the support I was after.

The Back Brace and Posture Corrector provides very comfortable back support while sitting at a desk for longer periods of time.
Seller doesn't provide sizing in their product information. You have to look for it in the photos. What you do find doesn't match the product's own sizing information on their packaging. You also have to pay a fee for returns and then guess you are re-ordering the right size. If I could get a full refund, I would ask for it.
Need to lose weight before I tackle this. Ordered xxl. Not big enough. But probably is a good idea for this issue
This thing is big and clunky and has a sharp end of the bar on ur spine that hurts ur neck after a while and it becomes kind of a pain rather than helpful.

If you have a bigger bust this will not work for you. I bought this because I injured my back and I wanted to wear a slimmer or less bulkier back brace in this is not accommodating for those of us who are bigger on top. I ended up returning it because it just did not work the way I wanted it to. Very deceptive in the details.
