A half of a bagel topped with 2 Tbsp. cream cheese (yes, I like a little bagel with my cream cheese) is only 3 net carbs as opposed to 52 net carbs.  The bagels were smashed looks like they had all the air sucked out of them. Yhey look wet and soggy. The box and packaging were not damaged, so it was obvious they were smashed when they were put in the box. We've ordered them before and they actually looked like bagels, something was definitely wrong with this batch. "Says non returnable" are they at least replaceable or refundable??? Very unhappy.
