Very good balsamic vinaigrette; surely comparable to the more expensive brands, and suits my needs well. I of course love this on traditional salads, but I use it on all kinds of things and in some cooking! It’s a good ingredient to jazz up chicken dishes, and lately I’ve been using it on pasta salad dishes. Sometimes I use it with fruit! It’s got a lot of tanginess to it, which I love. Sometimes I add sugar or honey if I want it sweeter, and black pepper to give it more kick. Not that it doesn’t have enough of either on its own, of course! I’ve just ordered my third bottle of this dressing and I love it. It’s not creamy/thick, I guess, like the Ken’s Steak House packets I had earlier this year, but the taste and feel is just as good, and I’ve forgotten all about the consistency of the other brand and this is what I will use (the other is much more expensive, anyway).
Wow was I surprised! first of all it came package excellent very sturdy cardboard box, so there wouldn't be any product breaking. The flavor was pleasantly surprising it does not say gluten free but fortunately didn't have any wheat in it there was nothing on the site that said what the ingredients were that I could find, its a lot sweeter than I thought it is more like a dressing rather than a salad dressing, which was what i waded looking for, & I did use it for salad. I used lucini salad dsg, no longer available. This dressing can be used on meat fish poultry or even as an Asian type sauce for rice or noodles...love it. Now ...i'm confident regarding the other products as well. I also added to my liver pate receipe, excellent. My new favorite. Of course I hate paying $10 a bottle.......but its very good and versatile.

FANTASTIC! I cannot recommend any of the "happy belly" products higher than this. While it is perfect for any salad, I use it as a marinade which wonderful results. I have bought and re-bought this stuff several times. I absolutely love the flavor.
