My wife took 2 days to figure out the ‘correct’ position how to make this belt help her back ache. Once she did, she was so happy! It really relieved her pain a lot. She almost gave up and thought this might be just a waste of money. She can now sit for few hours straight without complaining. I knocked a star off because it causes itch when it has direct contact to the skin. She has sensitive skin.
