This is a really good wheel and needed very little dressing when I got it put on. Really has a good edge and stays sharp very well. I use it on pocket knives even!
I had one of my large toenails smashed off as a kid and it's always grown back thick and weird since then. If I don't remove some of the top of the nail it can get kinda nasty and hurt just a bit when it jams into the end of my toe. I've attempted to remove some of the layers with cuticle clippers which were difficult to work with as well as with a Dremel on the lowest setting but that still ended up burning. This tool is fantastic though! Super lightweight, easy to use, removes the unwanted nail layers, and to top it all off it doesn't burn me! I also love the little plastic shield as it keeps the dust down near the nail and not flying up in my face. The battery appears to be pretty solid as I haven't seen it go down a single bar and I've used it several times so far. I also love that they went with a USB-C connector for charging as it means one fewer adapter cluttering my bathroom drawers. The case appears to be aluminum and the device seems very well built. The manual states that you can check the battery level by holding down both buttons but I haven't been able to get that to work. Maybe it's something I'm doing or perhaps they changed the insides without updating the manual? Overall, I'm very pleased with this unit! It does exactly what I want it to do, looks nice, feels great, and appears to be well built.

Works great. It came with instructions for addressing any wobble but mine was fine. It was slightly out of round but very little dressing was required. I did use a metal bushing.
