My local grocer has the liter of pedialyte but they're super expensive like $7-$10 each! Granted one of these is only 1/2 of a liter worth of liquid, you still get more for your buck. I did a very unscientific test with this. Middle of the work week, I can't be hungover at all for work. Have to be sharp and on the ball. I got a 750ml bottle of wine. That's 6 glasses of wine; an average person can get pretty inebriated off half a bottle. So I, in the name of science, drank the entire bottle. BUT I made sure I drank this pedialyte during my wine chugging. I used another packet after I polished off the bottle so that's 2 out of the 6 packets in a box. I should have woken up with a severe headache. EVERYONE knows that wine hangovers are among the most brutal. I felt a bit lethargic, but I would blame that more on the fact I stayed up later and also the body not resting well as it was pumping alcohol through my system to get rid of it.... No headache, no nasty taste or drymouth. The pedialyte did its job and kept my body from getting severely dehydrated and hungover. I always make sure to have this stocked in my cupboard :) let the party commence :)

Great taste, not too sweet, dissolves easily in a bottle of water, and most importantly helps with a hangover... erm.. dehydration and fatigue. We always keep these handy and the packets are great for travel. They're a little pricey but the Advanced Care packets are so worth it and more effective than regular Pedialyte. We've turned so many friends on to these as well! Strawberry Freeze is good but very sweet. Berry Frost is definitely the way to go!

I bought 2 boxes and cant use them because its so gawd awful sweet-gonna try a healthier brand anyway, one that isn't full of synthetics and artificial dyes.

Flavor is delicious, not to sweet. Item is great for traveling, you can throw the packs in your luggage, purse, or backpack. Will purchase again.
