Sadly, this did not work for me as far as sneezing or coughing. It did work for jumping, but I sneeze and cough more often than jump, so back it went. I wanted it to work so badly, but alas. The packaging is wonderful, it is easy to insert and very easy to clean. It's lovely, really.
I never write reviews. But I am still sweaty from my run and had to come on and share. I have had stress incontinence when running since I had kids. Tried everything. Kegal weights, period panties, pads, electronic stimulation device, hadn’t seen any improvement or a decent solution to deal with it. Even with period panties I’d finish a 6 mile run with wet shorts and soaked undies. Even worse during certain times in my cycle when my pelvic floor felt even weaker and I’d have to change shorts and undies mid run. Well I just ran 6 miles and I’m DRY. First use and I was cautiously excited. Waited for the second half of the run when the problem gets worse and I am nearly in tears because after years of trying to find a way to keep running without smelling like pee and wetting myself I finally found a solution! Certainly worth the money for me. I’ll keep using this FOR SURE.

This product has a great design and is very comfortable to wear; however, it is made of soft material to push the muscles together, it is not strong enough. It did not work once for me.
The idea is good. It is hard to insert and definitely too big as well as to rigid.. I think if it was available in smaller sizes and not so ridged it would be much better. It was uncomfortable to have in when sitting. It does work. Went back to poise impressa.

I have struggled for years and no longer have to worry about being embarrassed by bladder accidents
I did not have a pleasant experience with this product. At first it kept turning sideways on me. After the third try, I waited 24 hours before trying again. Once inserted I could feel the section where the string is attached, it was not comfortable, I kept the product in for 30 minutes, I could feel it at the opening of my vagina, I tried to push it up further with my finger it didn’t stay in place. Due to my Postmenopausal Atrophic Vaginitis condition I was extremely sore and in pain after using the product probably from having terrible luck trying to get it in so many times. I don’t want to give this product a terrible rating, because I feel my Atrophic Vaginitis is causing me great discomfort. It may work well for others who do not suffer with thin vagina walls. We don’t know if we don’t try, I’m just sorry that I’m out $38.
