I'm used to protein shakes that can be tougher to muscle throught than the actual workout, but with Syntha 6 you can actually sit back and enjoy the flavor! I am all about efficiency, so 1 1/2 cups of skim milk or water plus two scoops of protein in my shaker is all I need. Buy this and you will not be disappointed

This product literally tastes like melting ice cream. The quality of the protein is decent and it has a good carb, sugar to protein ratio. If you can get it when it's on sale it's worth it. However I would never pay full price on this product.
The protein works well, but it does not mix well at all with milk or water. And the vanilla ice cream flavor tastes nothing like vanilla ice cream. It's not bad though.
I love this protein. It has a great taste, it isn't chalky like many other proteins I've tried, recovery time is faster, and I can feel/see results faster since I've started using it.

Taste good but has a higher content of fat than isolate products which is why I bought it .
By far, the best tasting protein power of all the protein powders I've ever tried in past 10 years of working out. I bought the Vanilla flavor and can't wait to try other flavors. Usually, I don't look forward to drinking the protein shake, but with BSN Syntha-6, I do look forward to drinking it. I also like the fact that it is a mixture of fast-, moderate- and slow-digesting protein because it ensures that you are getting relatively constant supply of protein over a span of a few hours. Also, a partial percentage of the fat content comes from MCT fats which metabolized in a manner similar to glucose to use to energy and does not get store as fat.
It needs a lot of cinnamon (vanilla meal) or cocoa and vanilla to taste good. Aside from that it’s another protein shake with its own signature ingredients. .
