It was exactly as the photo showed, however there was a portion of the sleeve that was not sewn together during manufacturing. I ended up hand sewing it as it is for my daughters birthday party and I don’t have the time to hassle around for a return. The seller should double check this item as it was a little more than I planned to spend for a blank shirt and could get one for less at hobby lobby.
