We bought these for my 9 year old daughter's Amelia Earhart project. She also rides a pony on occasion. The pants are of a good quality. They look great. The only problem was the legs were a little tight even for my extremely skinny daughter. The fabric does not stretch. Other than that I would recommend them.

These were just as described. Nice material. Fit was true to size and okay for smaller waisted child (a little loose but that is what we usually run into she is so small; however, the length was true to size and she was able to wear them riding with no problems). Would buy these again.

the pants was tight even though i ordered a size 8, that's my size by the way.
Bought these for my niece, she put them on and didn't want to take them off so she's happy and that's all I could ask for. The reason for 4 stars is because I thought they would be a little better quality. Also, glad I read the reviews as they definitely run small. She wears a 6 in all her clothes so I bought the 8. Length was perfect, the seat is good,just a little loose around the waist but nothing that a belt can't fix. So like I said she loved them which makes me a happy Aunt!

My daughter loves them
I feel like these are well made - they are thick (not like leggings or tights) and I like the sewn in reinforcement around the knees but I found that they run very narrow in the legs - especially around the calves. I have a very slim kid so it is ok but it might be pretty tight on other people. Also, I may not have been paying attention in the description, but it has sewn in elastics at the bottom to go over boots. Our previous riding pants had detachable elastics that could be buttoned on. Not a big deal but we weren't expecting it. I do like how there is a built in cuff which makes for a nice finish on the leg.
