Amazon Reviews

I noticed whenever I purchase this batch of flour that has an expiration date of December 2023, on Amazon or in the store, it smells strongly like paint. The odor is overpowering. Why does it smell strongly like paint??
I bake all my bread due to a gluten intolerance and the quality of this buckwheat flour is good. The packaging is great and reclosable. I bought a box with four packs which helps to keep it fresh. My bread slices up nicely for sandwiches and it makes great pancakes as well.

This is the best buckwheat flour that I have ever used. The price is now out of reason. But the worst issue with this product was the shipment of it. The package got to me in a nasty, greasy box that was wet and reeked of cologne.
There are several choices for buckwheat flour that I’ve found- one problem is that there isn’t a consistent definition of buckwheat! This flour is the best I’ve found- we love buckwheat pancakes! I recommend it highly!
