Yes this was cut from a larger roll (as almost all tape is technically speaking., there was some fine stringy particles that were on the sides of the roll, but it cuts smoothly, is super flexible and was and was exactly what I was looking for. Even was able to be smoothed onto some tight details and curves. (1/4 in burgundy) Roll received looked better than the photo but given that the tape has a release backing the roll does not like to stay together (SAVE THE PACKAGING)
