DisappointedOct. 2021
Very disappointed. The product expiration date is for January 2022; only three months. Usually whenever I purchase products that are food based the expiration is at a minimum a whole year.

What I love about this product is the buttery flavor it adds with fewer calories and fat. Kind of difficult to mix into anything that's cold. I use it mostly for oatmeal so I just heat the oatmeal first.

How nice to have in the pantry and the containers are terrific, line up neatly and wonderful to reuse in house and workshop. The date however... Use by is set at Nov 2021 however so will see how well it holds up. (UPDATE, held up well and so far it is my only concern along with price.... At the end of 2021 I am still repurchasing Hoosier Heavy Cream however due to price increases (up $7.00 here on Amazon) so due to one thing and another I may be unable to continue buying and had already been cutting down use and therefore purchasing.
