I absolutely love the Hu Kitchen chocolate, especially in the crunchy mint flavor. I couldn’t find any at my local Whole Foods so I chose to give Amazon a try. I’m very disappointed in how this arrived. The chocolate was deformed with all or the crunchy mint at the bottom. The taste was different and seemed a bit old. I would not recommend ordering this online through amazon — only buy in store or perhaps ordering from Hu directly would work! Very disappointed... I tried to return it but it’s not eligible so now I’m stuck with expensive chocolate that doesn’t taste as it should. Bummer!
No idea how old these are, but they came to me in melted and rehardened blobs. I opened 4 bars and they were all like this. They were not waiting out in the hot sun on my stoop as they were delivered after dark on a cool evening. Does this look inviting to you? I've had these bars before and they are delicious. This is absolutely not how they are when new. If you were at all counting on being able to actually measure the amount you eat, 1 or 2 cubes at a time- tough luck.

The chocolate came in an insulated box with dry ice to keep it cool. Some reviewers posted comments about their bars coming in a melted state but I did not experience any such issue. I’m enjoying them and will likely purchase more.
