I love to keep my rugs clean and am really impressed when my Bissell water comes out gray! It's such an amazing feeling because I'm a clean freak. So easy to use. I also use it for pet urine stains. It is very effective on removing urine odor. My puppy accidentally peed on my expensive mattress. I didn't stress. Just dabbed the wet spot with a damp rag with a little of this product on it. Poured baking soda on top of that. Fans on high until the mattress is dry. Vacuum the baking soda up with vacuum attachment. You will not smell urine. You will smell Bissell formula for a while, but it will dissipate over time and your mattress won't smell at all. I recommend this product!

FYI, although the bottle doesn't say this, it works really well in the smaller units also. I actually looked on the website and it is listed to use with the Spotbot carpet cleaner which is the unit I have. I recommend it!
I'm very pleased with the performance of this cleaning solution, I used it with both of the Bissell 2 in 1 carpet cleaners I have and it worked to clean up not just pet stains, but lots of typical ugliness on my carpets, too. It's a fairly large bottle, at 48 ounces, and my machines take 2 ounces of cleaning solution with each tank full. So this bottle contains about 24 uses, which is plenty for us! I'm also pleased with the scent. In the past, many carpet cleaners and solutions have left a dusty, icky smell behind after cleaning. This cleaning formula was much more fresh scented and didn't leave behind that awful musk. Used with our Bissell machine, it also left the carpet feeling fluffed and refreshed, I didn't feel like there was a residue left behind--or if there is, at least I'm not feeling it! I've been very happy with all the Bissell products I've tried so far, and if you're in need of a good pet stain formula, look no further.
