This is a mostly good product, but after a few years of use it's time to replace it. I'm not sure if its some sort of seal or gasket but after not very many uses it started leaking/spraying the dirty water on the carpet which made for another mess to clean up. And now the sprayer on the hose has gone out. I've taken the whole thing apart, cleaned it and put it back together and it still does it. This is used primarily for cleaning dog puke so you can imagine how gross that is.
There must be some design defects on this carpet cleaner machine! The first one starts leaking after 3 times use and the new replacement starts leaking on the 2nd use! Returned and would only buy a carpet cleaner without any hoses.

Cleaning vehicle floor mats. First time using this product followed all directions unit started smoking after about 15 minutes and quit working.
I have a pets and this machine was recommend by one of our mover friend. My pet like to dig our lawn and bring in dirt inside the house and stained furniture. Hate it but love the dam dogs lol I was able to remove light dirt stained of my furniture but unable to remove dark stained or wine stained. The machine it self is easy to use and lightweight. I like that It help clean furniture that I cant wash. What I dont like is it spray liquid everywhere and it was a waste because formula can be quite expensive. It should have a built in for spot cleaning. The reservoir where store dirty water was hard to remove and pour out. I would rather have something easier to clean as I do not want to just pour the dirty of reservoir I want to be able to clean it too.

Don't second guess yourself. Just get it. Easy to use, easy to clean it after use. Comes with every tool imaginable and even a heavy plastic mat to sit it on until it dries. Comes with a small bottle of cleaner too but be sure to have a gallon of cleaner on hand. This machine is a real bargain.

Stopped sucking waste water and poured it back into carpet. This after only a few months of light use maybe a couple times a month. Did total clean of it from YouTube video and still doesn’t work. Do not buy!
