The flavor is not so hot. And I would not suggest these if you are concerned with GI issues. Chicory root fiber is a big ingredient and causes gas, bloating, abdominal pain, and belching (look it up!). And that is exactly what happened. They need to change up their sweetener. This is why many other reviews discuss the same issues. AND there are no returns so you have been warned!
