I looked at this Osteo Bi-flex for awhile before ordering. I have hip pain but was skeptical that this could help. After my husband started complaining about his hip pain following his bowling night, I decided to give it a try. We are both so glad we did. I thought I was imagining the improvement after just a few days but my husband remarked how much better he felt since taking it. I figured it wasn’t just in my head. There’s been a few occasions where I forgot to take it for a couple days and I can feel it. I guess it’s like everything, it works for some but not all. It did work my me and my husband.
This stuff does what it says it does . Over time , pain goes away . Then you can reduce to one a day or so , and your joints pretty much just don't hurt anymore. I've been using this for decades . Don't mess with other brands ; if you try to save money by reading the labels and doing a lot of arithmetic , you'll be making a mistake because with most brands other than Move Free and OSTEO BIFLEX what it says on the label does not match what is in the pills . There is little or no government regulation here , so just stick with these two reliable brands . I've been using these for 25 years or so , I've had arthritis since I was about seventeen , it gradually got worse as I got older , so eventually I tried these , after resisting for years when my co-worker said they worked for everyone he got to try them , and now my joints mostly just don't hurt at all , unless I stop taking these pills for a few weeks or so . Why suffer from arthritis if you don't have to ? There is another kind of arthritis that , I think , this can't help much , if at all . Remember , it is a nutrient, not a pain medication, so it takes time for it to work. There are no side effects at all . I don't believe there are side effects reported for anybody . You can take with or without food .

Definitely double check the ingredients. This vitamin cocktail caused severe lower back and hip pain. I stopped it per my doctor. The vitamin D was too much for me
Was having serious problem with right knee. Doctor recommended trying this product before getting injection. After 4 days., pain in knee pretty much gone. Didn't help my fingers and hands, but i'll take it.
