Very disappointed with this product. I ordered 6 wood coasters for a family member as a house warming gift and 4 of them were nicely done and 2 looked as if they were a not complete. Engraving was not as deep as the other 4, not to mention the recess was not stained/ painted to create a contrast. I contacted the company and never heard back from them. Don't waste your money on this product.
