Gave this mini coffee maker to my daughter for her dorm room. She loves it! It's the same good Keurig quality as the larger models, but takes up less space. It is easy to set-up and operate. Keeping it clean is simple. Happy with this product.
I had issues with two units. The problem was like many other reviewers. I am a fan of this manufacturer. My old larger unit failed after ten years. I bought one of these. It worked for one week. Then it failed to produce water only - made noises and smelled. Amazon replaced it. Second one failed in one week. Same problem. . I will probably by the older classic model. It is the same price. .

Keurig does not work at all. Terrible purchase.
I was happy this coffee machine was basic and easily set us and used. I have not been happy with other Keurig machines that had problems and had to be sent back 3 times. I am sticking with the basic model..which seems to be working well for us. I am a loyal buyer of Keurig but have been disapointed with the models I had to return. I have another one cup older model that I use at our vacation house and it has worked forever! Not sure why these newer models are so troublesome but having to send something back 3 times..with new models doing the same thing..I almost gave up on your coffee-makers.Fingers crossed that this model will hold up!

Love the coffeemaker! Only 1 issue: refurbished unit, sometimes it doesn’t engage when you start it. Only occasional, estimate one out of 10 uses. Otherwise excellent product.
Well, we snagged our machine through a Today's Special a couple weeks ago. Beautiful, attractive Keurig on the outside.....but, then looks are deceiving. I really, really wanted to like this machine. And then I turned it on. I have lot's of experience turning things on, trust me. And the results are breathtaking. However, the interior quality of this machine leaves much to be desired. Thirty minutes tops is the most time I've been able to keep the coffee hot. Not a deal breaker....but close. I decided I could keep on Sunday....then Monday happened. My k-cup dispenser spewed more coffee down the outside of the grinds basket than into my mug. Come on...Man! Keurig, you can do better. You have to do better. Made in America comes to mind. Bring the quality and the detail home. FYI: I love my current Keurig. It rocks. Coffee is hot, tasty and keeps me coming back for more. I burn through 4 to 5 K-cups a day. Thus the need for a brewed coffee option. Anxiously, I wait...
This is my second personal size Keurig. After 10 years my first one died. This takes up less counter space. Thanks Amazon, free shipping and delivered in 2 days! I ordered Thanksgiving Day and received Saturday. Bravo USPS.
I don’t have a lot of counter space in my house, so I really loved the mini keurig at first. It is nice and slender and doesn’t take up much room. After using it for about 10 days to make 1-2 cups per day, the big brew button on top started to get a bit “hinky”. Just pushing it once was no longer an option, instead you would have to push it repeatedly until you found the “sweet spot” that would activate the machine to draw in the water. Sometimes it would only take 5 or 6 tries, but other times I would have to push it 30 or 40 times! I finally lost my patience and pulled my old big machine out of the donation box and started using it again. What a waste of money, I should have returned it right away, but I waited too long and now it’s too late! Lesson learned.
