I did not like this product. As indicated, I put the dye directly on my hair without mixing it with developer. It is VERY pigmented, it got everywhere! My tub was purple for days! Anything my hair would touch would turn purple, even if my hair was dry! I leaned my head on a white wall and I left a big purple spot. The color looks ok, but not worth it. My roots lost the color after a few weeks so I decided to retouch them, this time mixing dye with developer (30), it didn't reallly work. My hair looks more brown than purple now. I'm very unhappy 😞

My wife got the wrong color
I like this product. I did not use the cap though. I styled my hair the way I usually wear it and then carefully grabbed strands and satyrated with the mix. I did like 12 chunky highlights. My hair is cool ash light to medium brown and very resistant to lightening. I left it on an hour and I swore it looked light enough, but I wish I did 20 more minutes. As hair is changing, it will turn orangish and you have to wait it out and keep going till you have blonde streaks. I regret not leaving it on longer and not doing thicker strands. I would use this again in the future. I focused most on top layer and hair framing my face.
