This is great for areas that aren’t amenable for storing an extra roll of toilet paper. It functions nicely so long as you keep an eye on the usage. Since it has to be unlocked to get access to the second roll, there will be ends of rolls that won’t be used. So, like so many things, there are ups and downs. Adding paper is easy and there is little maintenance. The installation does require that you furnish your own screws or drywall anchors. But, it is also easily used if placed flat on a surface and put a a non-skid pad under it. Overall, this is nice looking and the ups far outweigh the downs.
This toilet paper dispenser is lightweight and looks nice compared to the old metal dispensers we had been using. I measured it as 13.5" tall, 6.25" across, and 7.5" deep using the out-most parts rather than just the back panel. It takes GP Compact coreless bath tissue refills 19371, 19372, 19374, 19375, 19378, 1937300. (It doesn't look like it'll work properly with household tissue due to the drop-down mechanism, but I haven't actually tested this.) It can hold 2 rolls, and the top roll drops down when the bottom one runs out. There's a metal key to open the case so you can load new rolls. Putting in new rolls involves: "With front cover open, remove roll-transfer sled by pulling straight up. Rotate arm on roll-transfer sled. Replace tissue rolls so tissue dispenses from top, then return arm to original position. Align roll-transfer sled with side rails and return to dispenser. Close cover." Direct Installation is pretty simple: "Position unit on wall so that the top is level. With front cover open, mark screw locations....Top of the dispenser should be at least 3.25" below any grab bars or other objects to ensure clearance for loading. Secure unit to wall with four anchored screws in locations previously marked. Close cover. Installation is complete." There is also a bracket mount option.

This tissue dispenser took less than 5 minutes to install. Hardware is not included so you will need screws, a screwdriver and a leveling tool if desired. My bathroom has vertical lines etched in the wall so I used those to keep the dispenser in line. The dispenser is very easy to install. The tissue holder slides out the top of the dispenser after opening with the provided key. It holds two coreless rolls of Georgia-Pacific tissue and slides back into the dispenser once loaded. When the bottom tissue roll is empty the top roll will take its place-No cardboard cores to dispose of. Tissue refills can be found here at Amazon -  Most tissue dispensers I've used in public restrooms or at the office make a loud noise when pulling on the tissue. This dispenser is very quiet and the tissue tears easily without leaving a long tail of tissue hanging from the dispenser. According to Georgia Pacific the tissue holder is intended to be used in commercial settings. I use and prefer many items marked commercial in my home. Commercial grade is usually made of tougher materials and can withstand heavy or frequent use. I like the convenience of not having to fill soap dispensers frequently or in this case changing tissue rolls frequently.
I had installed one of these in the bathroom that leads to the pool at my home since that bathroom gets heavy traffic and someone is constantly screaming or texting for toilet paper in there. I liked it so much I decided to put them in the two bathrooms in my office. This model holds two rolls of toilette paper but the rolls are really big. The dispenser locks so you don't need to worry about anyone walking off with a roll if that's a concern. You will need to use your own screws to mount this as it doesn't come with any. That is the only drawback I've found with this product.

With the compact version be sure to get the correct sized rolls to fit in. When you hang it make sure to leave recommended clearance below any type of over hang. Standard metal key to discourage theft. Easy screw mounting, plastic body. We also have the slide door one which I actually like better. These are easy to install and fill, made of plastic so gentle use.
