The box is absolutely beautiful! This is the lerfect gift for the whiskey drinker in your life. The packaging and presentation looks upscale. The glasses and decanter are sleek and understated. It literally comes with everything down to the whiskey rocks, tongs and coasters. I plan on pairing this with a nice bottle of whiskey for a loved ones birthday.
If your spouse or one of your parents a Scotch drinker (or Whiskey in general), this is the perfect gift for them. Comes very well package and the box is very heavy and looks sturdy and well made. You'll easily notice the high quality once you open the package and see and feel the box. Inside the box you get the 1000ml decanter and its stopper, the two glasses, 2 stone coasters, one stainless steel tongs and 8 whiskey stones. A few things to consider here. First is that most probably this gift pack was made for European and Asian countries since in most of those countries, Scotch comes in 1L (1000ml) bottles. Only in US and a few other countries the scotch bottles are 750ml. So be aware that if you open a new bottle, the decanter will only be 3/4 full. Unless you find a 1L scotch bottle somewhere or decide to by a 1.75 from Costco or Bevmo and fill the whole decanter. The stopper works and it should and at least during the few occasions we used this, we didn't notice any leak or it being loose. pretty firm with no shakes. The glasses are nice and somewhat old fashioned with relatively thick bottoms but not that thick, I've certainly seen lots of old fashioned scotch glasses that are way heavier with thicker bottoms. And most of high quality scotch glasses are hand made and these look like they are machine made. The coasters are ok, I'm a bit concerned with dropping and breaking them, after all, you are drinking scotch when using these so everything is a possibility. The tongs are ok, our ice bucket has its own tongs so we really don't use this one, my impression was that it's small, of course it's probably made for the stones but why not make it bigger to be able to pick up larger pieces of ice with it too. And lastly the stones. If you are a scotch drinker, chances are you already know this but almost 99% of the stones in the market known as whiskey stone, are not really high quality whiskey stones that can deliver coldness to your scotch, most of them just gimmicks that impress others and look cool. Maybe if you have 50 of them and replace them several times, you can make your scotch a bit cooler but they generally don't do much. The stones in this pack are no different, and while they are nicely cut and look very good, they don't do much is making your drink cold or even cool for that matter. Overall, I do recommend this product as it is a very nicely made and the package together is very presentable. If you know someone who likes scotch or whiskey in general, this can be a perfect gift for them.

The box is nice and heavy so this feels like a REAL whiskey set even before we open it. The materials are all heavy duty and looks great in the box. The glasses, decanter, coasters and tools all look like a matched set and fit the whole scheme of the idea. The glasses could also easily be etched to personalize them. In short, this is a fantastic gift set.
This is a well crafted gift-box collection at a fair price. The manufacturer did a great job with the package design and esthetics. There are so many details here from the appearance of the box, to the cedar wood scent. The box is really lightly constructed, but it has the optics of a solid wood chest. The use of felt and the cutouts lend this whole collection a feel that suggests luxury. If you gift this, I'd recommend opening it beforehand to remove the packing materials and bubble wrap so that it looks like my photo when it's opened for the first time. The actual items inside are of good to slightly above average quality, but the presentation is everything here. This collection captures an idea and a feeling. And, opening it affects all the senses. If you know someone who enjoys fine spirits and doesn't have a collection like this... consider giving this as a gift. This is a good a fair value that comes across and FEELS much luxerious that it probably really is. However, gifts that evoke feelings and resonate with the person accepting the gift are ideal. This set checks every box from a design, presentation, and price stand point.
