My family is difficult to please to say the least, but one of my most severe critics was amazed at the rice I served. " How did you learn to cook rice so light and fluffy?" I almost passed out, expecting the opposite response, as usual. I told her "Oh it is not hard at all, using this"-showing her the box. "It doesn't TASTE instant at all" she said. I told her it is almost foolproof. Thank you Minute Rice for this good memory!
