I've been using it for 4 months now and I have no complaints. I had a Medela, Ameda and even rented the Medela hospital grade breast pump before buying this pump and NONE of them compared to the Spectra! The reason I gave in a bough this pump was because my milk supply was dropping fast and I was willing to try anything. So glade I did. It also came with extra flanges(funnels) in a different size which was awesome! Worth the $$$$
If your insurance company lets you get this model, do get it! They also have the S2 which is a little cheaper. The only difference is that the S1 has a chargeable battery and the S2 has to be plugged into the wall while in use. Get a pumping bra (The Lansinoh one works with the flanges on this pump) and with this pump you can walk around and do things while you pump. The pump is gentle yet powerful. It's user friendly and quiet compared to other pumps (just make sure to replace the membranes and valves otherwise it can get loud). It's also considered medical grade because the milk can't go up the tubes but without the medical grade price tag. I'll definitely be getting this pump again if mine ever dies! I used it for 6 months pumping exclusively and never had any problems.
Only buy this if you like your nips. It’s gentile on you and really gets the job done. The pump is portable and super quiet.
This pump is good and easy to use. I already have a Spectra S1 at home but ordered a second one to use at work so I could avoid carrying it to and from the office each day. On my first day back at work though I realized that one tube was missing from my package so I was forced to single pump, which was frustrating and time-consuming. I quickly bought spare tubing on Amazon but given the price of the pump should not have had to do this. Only other issues with the pump are that the tubing sometimes falls out easily; I don’t like the Spectra bottles which attach to the flanges so I bought adapters to use Medela bottles instead; and more spare parts should come with the pump.

I ordered this breast pump in June because according to the reviews it was supposed to be one of the best out there well I opened the box for the first time and everything isn't even in the package. I have included a picture of everything that I have been provided. It looks like the parts were open inside the box as well as multiple parts that were supposed to be supplied missing. I didnt receive the tubing, back flow protectors, valves, bottles caps, or bottles. I cannot even use this pump after paying $200 dollars for it!! Extremely upset!

Works fantastic, gentle and quiet
Hands-free all the way! Super quiet, so when I pump next to my colleagues at my desk, it doesn't bother anyone! Love the fact that I can carry it around the house without the cables. It's a bit heavy for me to carry it back and forth from home to work though. Cute design too.
Best pump ever! It has great suction but is also not harsh or forceful. I love that this one is rechargeable so you are not married to an outlet. For comparison, I’ve tried the Evenflo pump (horrible suction and takes forever and is an obnoxious sucking motion) and I’ve also rented a hospital grade pump which was honestly not as good as this spectra pump. The charge on this pump lasts a long time too... i pump once a day for about 12 min and I only have to charge it maybe once a week.
