The magnets are great for having these handy right at the point of use, but they also get in the way when trying to wipe the board. My solution has been to roll it into a ball of sorts so that the magnet doesn't keep hanging up. I find these erasers tend to drag on the board with more friction than others so erasing isn't quite as smooth. Otherwise they look nice and seem like they'll hold up well.
