I don't usually expect perfect results when using a product, I just look for a level of comfort where I can manage this right here has been a life-changer. No hot or cold flashes. I'm so thankful. I was looking for a more holistic approach for relief and this was it. I don't even take the recommended dose of 2-3 capsules a day. One is sufficient. I don't know what anyone else would use it for but I definitely recommend it for pre-menopausal symptom relief.
