look at label 7.8 grams of sugar for 100 grams. not only mixes expensive they are rip off. you are basically paying for sugar disguised as plant based food. take any coconut based yogurt already made and sold in supermarket it is fraction of sugar compared with this powder. you want to get type 2 diabetes keep wasting your money on this dangerous product

This yogurt is, far and away, the easiest Greek yogurt I've ever made. The taste is better than what I've purchased or made. I am sugar-free and this flavor has no sugar. The texture is smooth and the taste is pleasantly tart. I fermented for about 10 hours, as I like tart yogurt. You can ferment for fewer hours for less tartness. No straining needed and it is as thick as store-bought or any yogurt I've strained for hours! I highly recommend this yogurt! I will definitely reorder to keep a steady supply in the fridge!
