i know - who thought you would need directions with a stove . well with this stove and the new 1996 upgrade to a 4 prong plug - my house is still 3 prong - and is the ground that one with yellow striped wires running to it but no green screw. none of these appear in the wiring scheme on the back of the stove , and is that a broiling pan but there is a second one covering the lower elements and they refer to shelves but there is only 1 even if they speak of 2 and a fan ? what is the fan doing , it is not a convection oven is it? now i am going to turn it on . i had received a question about the oven not working in another purchaser's and just had it happen to me after 6 months and very little use . sadly it goes back to those knobs not being clear. after 2 hours on bake at 425 my fish sticks were still lukewarm at best after sitting in front of the stove listening to the fan run trying the broiler and it worked plus the light was on it was the temperature knob where 425 and warm look the same . i think i will get the fingernail polish out and mark the knobs . 6 months and it does still work , but my eye sight maybe fading a bit .

we had the space for a 36 inch stove and it makes a big difference. the specs on this one are equal to a high end appliance. it weighs about 300 pounds! burners are great with high output and solid cooktop. also has ceramic surface for cleaning. weve had it a few months now and it still makes me say oooh. also nice sold by amazon so no worries about shipping or scratches. came really quick delivered inside right by kitchen. i put it together easily and hooked it up to the gas, no big deal. no ragrets!

I tried really hard to research affordable ranges. I finally settled on the Cosmos Range. It was delivered well packaged. This range is heavy and very well made. We did have an issue and had to contact them. They were very reachable and stayed in constant contact with me to get my issue resolved. So A+++ for customer service!!! This is a beautiful range that works well, we have had many compliments on it and we love it!!!! Update: one thing I don’t like is that the oven light is situated in the back left so the oven is not evenly lighted. When you are looking for color, say on a pizza, you can’t tell because half of it is darker. 😕

Reached out to AMAZON about burner which stopped working. AMAZON went through a few troubleshooting instructions and it still would not work. I was advised that due to being a “loyal” customer, they would do a one time replacement. Waited a few days and followed up with them cause I never received anything. I was then advised that another department would have to review it. Started watching YOUTUBE videos and attempted to troubleshoot it again with negative results. Reached out to OONI themselves and that didn’t go well either. Once again more troubleshooting with no luck. They then wanted me to start making videos to send them. This burner is approximately 2 months old. Would have thought a product that costs $100.00 would have lasted. I was suppose to make pizzas this weekend for my twins graduation party…..that is now completely out the window.

If you are going to invest in the oven, spend the extra few dollars and get this accessory so you can use propane with it. It allows you to cook a delicious pizza in less than one or two minutes. Otherwise you will be stuck starting the fire and waiting for the oven to preheat.

We used our OONI 12 a couple of times with the wood pellets. It is tricky to get the right heat, and adding the pellets at the right time. We got this gas attachment and it is MUCH better. Easy install - there are just two screws to remove and replace. We used the gas last night, it was great. Pre-heated fast, and no more soot on the bottom of the pizza. Gas insert looks good attached, and the cord attached to our normal BBQ propane tank. Cord is long enough to keep the tank on the ground and the OONI on our table. Much cleaner and easier
