Sales, a key metric of costs and profits for any business, is the most intuitive and accessible data. With established social media platforms and advertising channels providing detailed insight in regards to website traffic, understanding consumer sentiment--i.e., volume--is one of the more challenging areas to analyze. Volume refers how people express their opinions on our brand's products/services/marketing efforts via various touchpoints; these voices come together as an aggregate that can tell us what consumers need or expect from us – why consumers make purchases with us over others.

Overall, it seems that this frozen product is performing well on Amazon, and with continued attention to customer satisfaction, it has the potential to continue to be a successful product in the future.

By finding problems in VOC and combining them with a set of quality problem solving processes (CTQs), businesses can form a closed loop from problem to action, thereby achieving continuous iteration and optimization of product quality. Analysis of Customer Expectations for the Frozen Category: Based on the customer feedback, it is clear that there are three key expectations that stand out: a big bottle (35 mentions), cheap pricing (13 mentions), and being less pricey (10 mentions). These expectations provide valuable insights for sellers in terms of product development prioritization and marketing promotion factors. 1. Big Bottle: The high number of mentions for a big bottle indicates that customers prefer larger quantities when it comes to frozen products. Sellers should consider offering larger packaging options to cater to this demand. This could include family-sized portions or bulk packaging, allowing customers to stock up and save money in the long run. 2. Cheap Pricing: The mentions of cheap pricing suggest that customers are price-sensitive when it comes to frozen products. Sellers should focus on offering competitive prices to attract and retain customers. This could involve negotiating better deals with suppliers, optimizing production processes to reduce costs, or exploring alternative sourcing options to keep prices affordable. 3. Less Pricey: The mentions of wanting products that are "less pricey" indicate that customers are looking for value for their money. Sellers should emphasize the quality and benefits of their frozen products to justify the price. This could involve highlighting the nutritional value, taste, convenience, or any other unique selling points that differentiate their products from competitors. Suggestions for Product Development Prioritization: 1. Size Options: Prioritize the development of larger packaging options to meet the demand for big bottles. Conduct market research to determine the ideal sizes that customers are looking for and adjust product offerings accordingly. 2. Cost Optimization: Focus on streamlining production processes and exploring cost-saving measures to offer competitive pricing. This could involve investing in efficient freezing technologies, optimizing supply chain logistics, or finding ways to reduce waste and improve overall efficiency. 3. Value Proposition: Develop a strong value proposition for frozen products by highlighting their benefits and unique features. This could involve conducting taste tests, partnering with nutritionists to showcase the health benefits, or creating convenient meal solutions that save customers time and effort. Marketing Promotion Factors: 1. Price Promotions: Offer periodic discounts or promotions to attract price-sensitive customers. This could include limited-time offers, bundle deals, or loyalty programs that reward frequent purchases. 2. Product Differentiation: Highlight the unique qualities of frozen products through marketing campaigns. Emphasize factors such as taste, quality, convenience, and nutritional value to stand out from competitors. 3. Social Media Engagement: Leverage social media platforms to engage with customers and build a community around frozen products. Share recipes, cooking tips, and customer testimonials to create a sense of trust and loyalty. By prioritizing product development based on customer expectations and implementing effective marketing strategies, sellers in the frozen category can better meet customer needs and gain a competitive edge in the market.

This bread has only 2-3 grams of net carbs per slice. Yes, the slices are small. But it satisfies for the desire for toast in a big way!

This stuff is a product of modern merchandising; A kind of a blend of salty, chewy, smelly, and almost nutritious.
The taste in most of these dinners, are palatable; however, I do wish they would pay more attention to the healthfulness of their products, so that many of those with challenges of High Blood Pressure, and Diabetes could buy and eat their products, without causing their blood pressure and blood sugar to rise. This could be dealt with successfully if they would just add the rest of the electrolyte balance, which often takes care of HBP, thus, many being able to get off Blood Pressure Medication, all together !! It takes the proper balance for the Kidneys to be able to disperse each mineral into the right path, and keep it from lining the Kidneys or lying dormant in the Arterial Walls, aiding plaque to harden the arteries. The addition of proper Magnesium is now being used in emergency cases at the hospitals, where many used to die because they were thought to have had a massive heart attack, when it was only the fact they did not have enough Magnesium, or Potassium in their bodies to keep the hearts' electrical system working properly. They were buried, (with their doctors not knowing something very simple could have been done and they could have gone home probably the next day) -- with families never knowing the truth until just a few years ago. This would be very easy to accomplish, if the companies would heed the laws of TOO MUCH SODIUM !! Yes, we do need a certain amount of sodium in our diets for the health of the heart and fluid balance, but the ratio of Potassium and Magnesium, must be DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF SODIUM, to form a perfect balance, thus alleviating much if not most all High Blood Pressure medication needs. I have learned to cook this way and am not on any kind of BP medication or Sugar medication, and I am in my mid 60s. The food still taste very good, and I can eat it, where as if I bought it ready made, I would have to pass it up ! I am a practicing Nutritionist and my first client, was myself, back in the 1970s. I have been so thankful every time I have blood work and annual check ups, that I learned these secrets, when everything comes up in perfect balance, I am very glad !! Yes, High Blood Pressure, as well as Diabetes were both strong in my family genes, too !! You don't have to die from High Blood Pressure, many Heart Diseases, and most often from Diabetes, if you know the dangers of too much and too little !! I sure hope these companies will catch on to these simple balancing procedures, so our people can once again eat without fear of their BP and Sugar skyrocketing. Sugar is so unnecessary in so many things it is loaded with, too. Of course there are other factors to consider in Diabetes like the eating of too much simple carbohydrates, i.e., white flour products, certain type fats, etc. There again, there are safe products, and those that kill over the years because they do damage to our hearts and blood streams, and even feed certain diseases like Cancer....which thrives on sugar, by the way. I hope this information will save some wonderful lives of Moms, Dads, Grand Parents, and even children. I hope these companies start to love their customers enough to help them live long, healthier lives, by doing some nutritional studies and transforming their recipes !!
I have to admit to being very pleasantly surprised. Several years ago, we were stuck at home for 4 days straight because an ice storm froze us in. It happened sooner than I expected (my fault), and wouldn't ya know it, it was at the tail end of groceries. I had intended to go grocery shopping "tomorrow" for several days and never got around to it. You know all that stuff in your cabinets/fridge/freezer that you never feel like eating, and which haven't expired, so you don't throw it out? FOUR days of it, which resulted in several things stricken from my list of edibles, because as God as my witness, I will never eat them again. (I'm looking at you, Chef Boyardee.) Long story short, I am always on the hunt for something that doesn't HAVE to be heated up, tastes reasonable, and has a decent expiration date, before which I will actually eat the product. My husband loves those HungryMan salisbury steak meals for when I go out of town, so I thought I'd try these. Bottom line - I'm impressed. They taste just fine, not chemical-esque, not watery, not stale. The potatoes are firm enough to hold shape, even after heating, the meat is, well, salisbury steak, much akin to that you'd find on a better TV dinner, and yes, it is actually pretty good for what you're buying. These containers aren't huge, but they are enough for lunch (for me), and the hubs likes the taste, too. They are quick to heat (although 60 secs in my microwave will boil your tongue when you try to take a bite, so I'd recommend starting lower that first time), and my expiration date is about 13 months from my date of purchase. I actually have these set on subscribe and save every 4 months or so. Thumbs up!
