At first, I thought that the adapter wasn't functional. I plugged it into my vehicle and it didnt power on at all. I used another USB cable and it worked. The cable I tried is thicker and of much higher quality. So if it were to not work for you, try a good quality USB.
 Great product and does what it should. This will make your factory android auto turn into a full-blown tablet. It's great. Customer service is top-notch. It's very easy to setup, but if you do have any issues, they will do whatever it takes to help you figure it out. If I could rate 10 stars I would! Highly recommend this product!

It works but the white lines showing turn direction are missing as are the color warnings. It does the beeping and has the red yellow and green indicators as well as a dashed black line. Hence the three star rating.

Took a bit of work but I successfully replaced the camera in my 2013 C/Max. The picture quality is better than the original camera ever was. The original camera always seemed too dark. This one is great. Replacing the camera took 2-3 hours. I take my time so I don't break anything in the process. I am not that much into cars but understand how mechanical things work so I figure the 'typical' mechanically inclined person can install this.

I bought this for my wife's 2015 Ford CMax SEL. Installation was simple, taking about 30 minutes and the camera performs exactly like the stock camera (before it crapped out). The backup lines are there along with the colored warning lines. The camera also has the "beep" like the stock camera. I am very happy with this camera so far and would recommend it to anyone needing a replacement camera. I forgot: I have some tools for removing interior panels without scratching them. It makes it easier but is not required.
Awesome picture improvement. My old camera was circa 2012 and it looked like it was full of cateracts. This BZ is bright and clear especially at night. The only question I wonder is if a new display would help.

My 2015 Ford C-Max SEL came with the complete sync system (Sirius, Navigation, etc.) that displayed the white parking assist lines, back up grid (red, yellow, green) and sensor blocks (red, yellow, green). The camera started to fail intermittently only showing a blank screen and the error "Camera unavailable. Please see dealer." I had the dealer diagnosis and confirm the camera was bad. Using the YouTube video on replacing a C-Max backup camera as a guide I replaced the Ford camera with this Dorman camera. NOTE: you have to be very careful with the camera bracket as it is very brittle - I broke one tab on mine but remedied it with a small zip tie. Camera shows all the lines as before (white lines, grid, sensors). Will say the camera is a little fuzzy compared to the OEM one it replaced but it does the job very well when compared to what the OEM camera costs.
