I have taken these pills in the past, but now they don't seem to help my joint stiffness as much as they did then. I went online and found out that the Glucosamine Hydrochloride in in these pills did not really help people's joints in studies, but Glucosamine Sulfate did help people's joints in studies. Now I wish I could return these pills and buy Glucosamine Sulfate instead. My sister doctor said that I could also try taking Aleve or Tylenol (or both together) to help my joints. I took two generic Aleve pills and this solved the stiffness in my joints problem for several days.
I bought these for my wife. They seem to work better for her than the cheap ones she was buying at the grocery store. I will continue to buy this brand because it is worth extra money if it works.
