This rub has brought some flare to cooking and a taste that cannot be messed with, whether in the kitchen or on the grill. The flavor blends well with other spices I frequently use and gives that bite in the end but in a different way. The container is a basic seasoning container, make sure to tighten appropriately to ensure moisture does not leak in. This seasoning blend is so good. It has just the right amount of spice. I used it on some grilled salmon and my whole family loved it.
I will buy more of this. It is excellent on about any sort of seafood that I have tried it on. It has a lot of little dried lemon peel in it as well as salt and other spices that really make for a very complimentary flavoring for delicate seafood. It is better than lemon pepper blends that I have tried, and it's less overwhelming than blackening spice. It works well with pan-fried and oven-baked fish, and it pairs great with butter. I have tried it so far on shrimp, salmon, tilapia, pollock and flounder. If you cook shrimp with it in butter, you can add cream to make a nice sauce for pasta. It's one of the best seafood seasonings I have tried, and I will definitely buy more.
