Ever since learning how toxic fluoride can be I knew I needed to switch to a natural toothpaste. Toms is win for me and my family. I am happy with the quality and now that I can get easily through Amazon it’s even better!
The ingredients are not as non-toxic as I would like but after trying several other toothpastes with healthier ingredients I keep coming back to this one because it's the only effective one for me. As long as I use it I have no pain from my sensitive teeth and exposed enamel. As soon as I switch or run out the pain returns.

I'm updating this from a 4 star. The taste at first is absolutely disgusting. After using it for a few days you get used to it. It doesn't hurt my sensitive teeth. I feel refreshed after using it. It works great and is what I was looking for in a flouride free toothpaste.
