A lot of research has shown me that these can be great for preventative care. I had an ASD repair when I was younger and suffer from what the doctor says are "annoying palpitations." I've taken these for almost a year, 2 per day. I've had maybe one handful of palpitations for the entire year, which is a huge improvement. These are great for a number different cardiac preventative care, totally try it! I wanted to edit this to say that prior to starting the hawthorn berries I had palpitations daily. Hawthorn berries are life-savers.
I am 27 years old and struggle with hypertension. I have taken these pills before and been taken completely off my prescription medication by my doctor. I stopped taking them, because I wasn’t sure if I was getting healthier or the vitamin. But I had to get back onto my prescription medication. I’m giving these another go to see if they can help me get off for good!
