Beim Mobiltelefon hängt die Quali von der Netzstärke ab. Auch die Noise Cancel Funktion funktioniert für mich recht gut. Auch wenn das Headset gut sitzt, bleibt aufgrund Brillenbügel und "Hinter Ohr" Hörgerät ein gewisses "Druckgefühl" nach mehreren Stunden der Nutzung nicht aus.

Ma première impression était parfaite: venant des casques Plantronics filaires, j'ai retrouvé le confort et les fonctionnalités, mais sans fil. L'ANC est également efficace. En usage audio (profil A2DP), rien à dire, le son est bon, assez surprenant pour un casque bureautique. En usage communication (profil HSP/HFP), la qualité audio baisse un peu mais c'est normal, étant donné que le son capté par le micro doit être renvoyé sur la même bande passante bluetooth. Ma déception est arrivée au bout de 2 mois : d'un appel à l'autre le casque ne fonctionnait plus correctement : d'une part mes correspondants ont commencé à se plaindre de m'entendre très mal, avec un volume faible et de très mauvaise qualité, et dans le même temps je constatais des interférences dans le son que j'entendais : un peu comme un gazouillis en bruit de fond. A noter qu'en mode A2DP (mode casque simple), rien à signaler, tout fonctionnait comme auparavant, alors que dès que je bascule en HSP/HFP (casque/micro), ces problèmes appairaissent. J'ai tenté un reset du casque, utiliser ou non le dongle bluetooth fourni, testé sous Windows, Linux, sur mon téléphone android : toujours le même comportement, ce qui prouve bien que c'est le casque qui est défectueux. Le casque est donc inutilisable en conversation, ce qui est sensé être son usage principal... Première fois que Plantronics me déçoit... :(

I bought this headset for my brand new Mac Mini to use for Zoom calls, phone calls on my mac, and recording audio messages to send to my team/clients. It is very disappointing for a nearly $200 headset. The quality of the microphone is sub-par on calls and on audio recordings I sound like I'm in a tunnel. Sometimes there is a lag between me speaking and the mic picking it up along with the occasional breaking up of my voice. My $30 headset that recently broke was miles better than this headset in terms of sound quality. I'm sure this headset would work great if you are using it for your phone but it is borderline unusable for my mac. I will be returning.
